I went to sparkles for a facial the other day and i must say i am really impressed. Vinitha was really good and gentle since i have a very sensitive skin but i must say i left the salon feeling really clean and my skin is glowing after the excellent fruit facial by vinitha. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
vinitha is a very professional n efficient , i got my eyebrows,haircut n facial done n i am very happy with her services her charges r standard going charges. i love the way she treats customers . getting eyebrows done was never easy to me but with vinitha it was fun she will suggest u tht what looks good on u n believe me she will give u the best of the best. facial n massages r awesome. she plays a light music while doing facial i liked tht n very clean place. I like Vinitha's services and have been going to her for over 2 years now.She is patient and makes you feel relaxed and I actually enjoy my waxing experience without wincing under the pain of it all.
Great service and good facilities.The salon is very clean and has good ambience. Very professional, and the BESTeyebrow shaping I had in along time! Vinitha is very good at eyebrows and has a very fast hand in waxing. Excellent service and very professional!! I was in and out of there really quickly, as Vinitha was very effecient and great at what she does. I've been visiting Sparkles for all my beauty needs since one n a half years now...threading, waxing, henna etc...I'm really impressed by Vinita's good work and her extra attention to each cutomer...I particularly have a very sensitive skin and she does whatever it takes to make me feel comfortable! Vinita is a perfectionist beside being a warm person and provies a great customer service...I would definitely reccomend anyone to try her hand especially if u dread getting the eyebrows done, cause she has real good hand at it!

I only had my eyebrows done but it's worth a review. This place was recommended by my friend and upon
seeing hers, I knew I had to try it myself. So once my payday rolled around, I took my roommate and headed over.
The place was sparkling clean. It was well lit and tidy, nothing like a hole in the wall shady places we've all seen.
I was seated immediately. She also let my roommate watch closely, with my approval of course.
She put some powder to rid of whatever oil residue which she apply with such gentleness. She did her thing
with a quickness too! She also touched-up without making a face when I thought one eyebrow was thicker than the other.
I left with really pretty eyebrows, business cards to hand out to people and an appointment to come back!
exelent service, never had such a painless eyebrow threading, heavenly facial(i actually snored),very frendly persons thou i know her very recently feels like i know her a long time and she greets me with my name!!!!!
In search of a new place after some random lady at Beauty Plus in Fremont made one eyebrow significantly thinner than the other, I found this place on yelp and the second I got inside, I liked it right away: - SPOTLESS premises - great selection of CURRENT magazines - beautiful staff (okay I might be a little superficial, but any place that calls themselves a "beauty" salon had better not be staffed with fuglies. i'm just sayin) - and yes, they do GREAT eyebrows. only $7! hooray for vinitha!
Over the years I used to dread getting my eyebrows done, most of the places in bayarea don't do a decent job and not to mention all the nicks and cuts you have to endure in the process. Vineetha does a wonderful job, you can hardly even feel it and end of it you have fabulous eyebrows. The salon is very clean and Vineetha is very inviting and friendly. I have yet to try her other services which I think will be great as well. I would 100% recommend Sparkles to anyone who hasnt tried it yet :)
I go to Sparkles beauty salon very often. I get my hair done from Homaira, a very talented, friendly and beautiful hairstylist. Vinita's facial is awesome. I have a very sensitive skin and i cannot bear the pain of threading around my eyes, but Vinita's threading style is so nice that i don't feel any pain. I am a life time client for this salon and i highly recommend it to everyone. Its a one stop destination for all your beauty needs.
I just had my first eyebrow threading and the results are FANTABULOUS. The threading was actually less painful than the waxing. There was a bit more puffiness but it's worth it for the results. I am definitely a Sparkles' and Vinitha devotee and will begin to expand on the services. The next one on my list is the facial which I hear from the other reviews is great.
Just went to this place yesterday ( although have been hearing about it for a while). Absolutely loved SriVidya who did my eyebrows. She was very patient, meticulous and friendly. She knows how to make a customer feel important, even if that customer just wants a simple service. She did not rush through the work and inflict a million microscopic cuts on my face, like the other beauty salon across the street did! ( You know who you are! ) My brows look great and I didn't bleed! Will be going every week for sure. Only drawback, the entrance is not obvious to the passerby. It is sandwiched between an indian grocery store and another store. You have to look close to see the entrance.

I have never had the need to remove my upper lip hair (it's not noticeable). However, I decided to do threading because my sister and a couple friends tried it. It did not hurt one bit. At first, it stung, but you get used to it. Although I probably won't have my upper lip hair removed ever again because it was kinda pointless for me, I would definitely recommend this place. I was suppose to go to New Stage Beauty in Fremont but Deepa had left. I searched back on yelp to see where I can go before the end of the day. Long and behold, Sparkles came up. It opens until 7! I live in Newark so I called in right away (this was at 6:45pm). Suda answered and since I knew I would make it there at 7 if not later, I asked if it was ok. She said yes! So I arrived at 7:05. I would have been there earlier but I had to make a couple of U turns and the streets were pretty busy. I apologized and she said it was ok. She said she knew I was coming and she would wait. That alone would give Sparkles 5 stars versus 4.
I have been Vinitha's client pre sparkle days and the quality and effort has not dropped an ounce. Increased for that matter since Sparkles opened up. From threading to waxing and her facials..all services are provided with excellent attention and care. I would not trade this for any other place. It's always not about the money :) On a side note, am sorry clarrise (from Jan review) that you had one bad experince. Most places these days charge you for not making it to your appointment or reschedule it. How I see it, if I was that next customer who had to wait for my appointment inspite of getting there on time because someone else before me was late....I'd be furious.
Vinita did a great job. I've never had my eyebrows threaded before, but she made me love it. It's wayy better than waxing, which makes me breakout. She did it so quickly, and made my eyebrows nice. i love it. i would recommend this place to everyone.
Best Indian salon in Fremont, hygienic, and great customer service. I have gone here twice so far for waxing when one my friends suggested this place... Vinita, who also is the owner, did an awesome job at a reasonable price...she's friendly, patient and makes you feel like home...You don't have to wait in line or call in..just make reservations online (that's my kind) and save a spot for yourself. Saw some good reviews about facials too which I haven't tried yet...but will definitely give it a try... Finally, I found a decent place for waxing in Fremont area! I would definitely recommend to friends and others on Yelp.
